1. How long does shipping take?
We offer two shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 6 to 10 business days (Free)

  • Express Shipping: 3 to 7 business days ($1.90)

2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Standard shipping is completely free on all orders.

3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your delivery.

4. Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, contact us as soon as possible at help@manofrespectsale.com. Once it's shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible.

5. What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in original condition. Please check our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.

6. How do I request a return or refund?
Email us at help@manofrespectsale.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

7. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
We’re really sorry! Please contact us right away at help@manofrespectsale.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We’ll make it right.

8. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Singapore.

9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options listed at checkout.

10. How do I contact customer support?
Our support team is available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (SGT).
